Doug Hollman, President & CEO:
Prior to joining Discovery Health Record Solutions, Mr. Hollman was Vice President of Business Development at Recall North America a leading secured data storage and document management company. His 17-year career with Recall, included senior executive positions with direct operations responsibility for Recall’s $100 million North American Document Management Division and leadership of Recall’s Business Development efforts that resulted in sourcing and closing over 40 acquisitions. Mr. Hollman’s career includes sales and general management positions with Fortune 1000 company NCR Corporation and entrepreneurial ventures, The Vault and Datacopi Inc. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Mr. Hollman holds the additional title of CEO & President of Discovery SS Holdings.
Bill Garvis, VP Operations:
Mr. Garvis has been with Discovery Health Record Solutions since 2005 serving in key sales, operations, and business development positions. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Garvis was VP and General Manager of TCS Corporate Services a leading office products company, with responsibility for all sales, customer service, and technical service departments. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
Allen Carrington, VP Sales:
Mr. Carrington joined Discovery Health Record Solutions in April 2008. His extensive business to business focused career includes senior sales and sales management positions with Jantzen Sportswear, Arylessence, Inc. and Atlanta Fragrance. Mr. Carrington holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Wendy Klein VP Finance & HR:
Ms. Klein joined the Discovery Health Record Solutions in January 2009 after having acted as a consultant to the company since 2007. Prior to Discovery, Wendy held positions in Human Resources and Accounting with several companies, including Recall North America, WorldTravel BTI (now BCD Travel) and Ernst & Young. She has a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Duke University, and an MBA from the Goizuetta School of Business, Emory University.
Richard Pedrelli, Director Information Technology:
Mr. Pedrelli has been part of Team Discovery since its founding in 2001, and is responsible for all facets of our information technology infrastructure and the design and programming of our web portal information tool StatusNOW. During his 27 year career in information technology Mr. Pedrelli has designed and authored dozens of business management and accounting systems. He is a graduate of Northeastern University and holds numerous IT certifications, including Microsoft Certified Business Partner.
Donald W.Thurman, VP Marketing:
Mr. Thurman joined Discovery Health Record Solutions as Vice President - Marketing in 2010, after serving as a consultant to the company for several months. Prior to joining Team Discovery, Mr. Thurman held several successful executive and entrepreneurial positions within the document management industry, and he was a pioneer in the development of its print-and-mail sector. He served in executive capacities at, eMag Solutions as CEO, Anacomp Inc. as COO, and at First Financial Management and NCR Information Imaging in senior positions. Most recently he was Executive Vice President Strategy and Marketing Danka Business Systems, PLC, which was acquired by Konica-Minolta in 2008. Mr. Thurman holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University.
