Certified Record Specialists (CRS)

Utilizing a HIPAA compliant, electronic delivery system, our professionally trained CRS representatives are CRIS certified. They use scanners and computers to capture digital images which are then encrypted, compressed, and securely transmitted to our production facility. For those clients that have transitioned to and EMR system or are in the implementation phase, Discovery Health Record Solutions successfully integrates with those systems in a paperless environment using EasyEMR.

Production

Upon passing inspection at nine (9) different points by our Quality Assurance personnel, records are promptly distributed to the requesting party in either paper or electronic form, along with an invoice which is automatically generated to accurately reflect regulated fees.

Of course, all Discovery Health Record Solutions may be further customized to meet your needs and all are supported by our proprietary web based tool, StatusNOW. Providing real-time process automation, request specifics, activity detail, HIPAA compliant disclosure tracking, reporting, performance statistics, and a direct link to our Customer Service Department, StatusNOW gives you critical information at your fingertips 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
